Perched on the area's largest beach per condo ratio at about 650 feet wide (two football fields,) this beachfront property is waiting for your next family vacation! Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded at the heated beach pool with oversized sundeck and loungers. The professionally designed condo is on the 2nd floor near the pool to keep family close if needed but still having the priceless beachfront view you deserve when vacationing.

The Floridian has three beds (1 Master King Suite and two full size beds) and comfortably sleeps 6. It’s got all the sunshine state vibes to get you excited about making memories at the Beach House resort in Miramar Beach, FL.

We also provide FREE Beach Service daily set up at the beach hut on site from March-October. (That's a $45/day savings!) You will receive wristbands and codes to access the private beach, heated pool, gym and tennis ball/pickle ball court. There is also a basketball hoop along with a shuffleboard on site. Oh, and don’t forget the private Arcade inside the condo. The family will never run out of things to do!
